I am a wife, mother, and AuDHD-er in a neurodiverse family. In my home I am continually learning the healing power of play and connection; the importance of my own regulation and health; what it means to have unconditional acceptance, love, and compassion for myself and others; and, the importance of doing the work to address my own history to be the parent my kids need and deserve. These experiences fuel my passion for the work that I do in supporting other individuals, couples, and families.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (in BC) and Registered Social Worker (in BC and ON) with a Honours Bachelor of Social Work degree, a Bachelor of Arts degree (major: Sociology, extended minor: Criminal Justice/Criminology), and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree.
I am a Certified Brainspotting Therapist, a Certified Neurodiverse Couples Counsellor (AANE), and I am currently training in Integrative Somatic Therapy Practice (Level 2).
